- Developing and maintaining partnerships to drive desired Business Growth.
- Maintain an accurate and robust pipeline and be able to forecast business & Franchise opportunities.
- Establish deep business and strategic relationships with Partners, and interact daily with the stakeholders in support of accelerating revenue across multiple sector market segments.
- Overseeing processes to support partners such as training and enablement.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Channel Planning, Marketing, Operations)
- Managing Partner's relationships, their profitability, and mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Analyzing partner's performance in the region and making data-driven decisions to optimize partnerships.
- Staying up-to-date with Real Estate Industry Trends and emerging technologies to identify new partnership opportunities.
- Communicating the region's strategy and performance to leadership and other stakeholders.
- Ensuring partnerships align with company goals and values.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. Pleasant & Convincing personality.
- Good understanding and track record of negotiating and closing deals.
- Enjoys good rapport with Management Top.
- Candidates having Insurance Sales, Business Development, Project Sales, and Corporate Sales Experience, a maximum 2 years are encouraged to apply.
