- Support & guide in the development of business plans, feasibility report, loan application & assist in implementation of plan.
- Undertake intensive consultations with SMEs/individuals for capacity building and access to finance, business loans though MFIs & banks, organizational management etc.
- Identify and collect data of MSMEs in target area together with field staff under supervision of line manager.
- Validate the data received from the field staff of entrepreneurs / SMEs / beneficiaries or group.
- Conduct regular trainings on business planning & financial literacy for MSMEs, potential entrepreneurs and grantee.
