TORs: Research Associate

  •    Conduct thorough literature reviews and synthesize findings to support ongoing research projects.
  •    Design and implement data collection strategies using various methodologies such as surveys, interviews, field studies, and experiments.
  •    Perform rigorous quantitative and qualitative data analysis to extract actionable insights.
  •    Develop research proposals, including objectives, methodologies, and expected outcomes.
  •    Draft, edit, and review research reports, policy briefs, and academic papers, opinion pieces for newspapers.
  •    Ensure that all documentation meets the organization’s standards for quality and accuracy.
  •    Prepare presentations and materials for dissemination to various audiences.
  •    Summarize research findings into actionable recommendations and executive summaries.
  •    Support the design and delivery of training sessions and workshops aimed at building research capacity within the team and among partners.
  •    Assist in identifying funding opportunities and developing grant proposals.
  •    Collaborate with the team to secure funding for new and ongoing research initiatives.
  •    Prepare budgets and project plans for grant applications.
