Online Reputation Management Executive

We are seeking a skilled Online Reputation Management (ORM) Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in ORM, with a proven track record of enhancing and maintaining the online reputation of brands. This is an onsite position located in Johar, Karachi, requiring availability during the evening shift.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage the online presence of the company and clients across various platforms.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer reviews, inquiries, and comments on social media, review sites, and other platforms.
Develop strategies to address negative feedback and foster positive brand perception.
Track and analyze reputation metrics and prepare detailed reports for management.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement campaigns that improve brand image.
Stay updated with the latest ORM tools, trends, and best practices.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in online reputation management or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with ORM tools and analytics platforms.
Ability to handle sensitive issues tactfully and professionally.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
