Looking For CRC for Company Shell Pakistan
- Implement client's Global Brand Standards in the participating stores/marts
- Implement merchandising standards and store layout
- Implement operational excellence and maintain
- Implement store check and balances, food safety standards, HACCP and HSSE
- Identify Gaps in operations and imrove/implement processes
- aintain active pool for potential store operators
- Must be aware of store profitability, & expenses to discuss with operator on monthly basis
- Responsible for commissioning site being added to the CR portfolio
- Maintain store look & feel of the store
- Lead relationship management with retailer, site operator, client's sales and category team
- Coach site staff on merchandising & store operations excellence
- Fill purchasing gaps by aligning with suppliers and making sure relevant stock is always available on stores
- Effectively interact with relevant stakeholders and keep them updated
- Excel data working
- Strong communication skills
