We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and artificial intelligence, with hands-on experience in cutting-edge technologies and frameworks.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement advanced AI solutions using state-of-the-art techniques and architectures
Work with transformer-based models and architectures, including BERT, GPT, and their variants
Utilize the Sentence Transformer library for various NLP tasks and embeddings generation
Seamlessly integrate open-source AI systems and libraries into our existing codebase
Develop and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines using LangChain and LlamaIndex
Fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) for specific domain applications
Generate synthetic datasets from unstructured data to augment training sets
Design and implement efficient data pipelines using Apache Spark and Apache Kafka
Develop and deploy AI solutions on Microsoft Azure cloud platform
Work on computer vision projects, including object detection using YOLO v8 and other state-of-the-art models
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities and implement solutions
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
In-depth knowledge of transformer architectures and their applications in NLP and computer vision
Experience with the Sentence Transformer library and other NLP tools
Proficiency in developing and optimizing RAG pipelines
Hands-on experience with LangChain and LlamaIndex for building AI applications
Experience in fine-tuning and deploying large language models
Familiarity with synthetic data generation techniques
Strong background in data engineering, including experience with Spark and Kafka
Proficiency in Microsoft Azure cloud services, especially those related to AI and ML
Experience with computer vision libraries and frameworks, particularly YOLO
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with MLOps and CI/CD pipelines for AI projects
Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes
Familiarity with AI ethics and responsible AI development practices
Experience with graph neural networks and knowledge of graphs
Background in reinforcement learning or generative AI
Contributions to open-source AI projects or research publications
