You will play a pivotal role in overseeing the delivery of services, managing day-to-day operations, ensuring the seamless execution of client requests, and driving process improvements. Additionally, supporting City Lead in day-to-day operational duties. This position requires a proactive leader with a keen eye for operational efficiency and the ability to manage risks effectively.

Key Responsibilities

1.      Service Delivery:

  • Oversee the progress of ongoing projects and services.
  •   Address bottlenecks and challenges promptly.
  •  Escalate critical concerns to senior management as necessary.

2.      Operational Efficiency:

  •  Identify inefficiencies and operational loopholes.
  • Propose and implement solutions to streamline processes.

3.      Team Management:

  •  Supervise, train, and mentor operations team members to ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
  • Ensure team adherence to company policies and procedures.

4.      Risk Management:

  • Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities within operations.
  • Develop and implement effective mitigation measures.

5.      Accountability

  • Ensuring seamless service delivery to clients.
  • Maintaining high levels of operational efficiency.
  • Building and nurturing strong client relationships.
  • Proactively managing risks and ensuring compliance.
  • Driving continuous process improvements.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven 4-5 years experience in a relevant industry with operational management responsibilities.
  • Strong operational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
