Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation: Develop engaging and visually appealing content (text, images, videos) tailored to each social media platform.
Social Media Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with business goals.
Community Management: Monitor, respond to, and engage with comments and messages across platforms to foster community and build relationships.
Analytics & Reporting: Analyze performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to optimize social media campaigns.
Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and integrate them into our strategy.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and customer service, to ensure brand consistency and messaging.
Paid Advertising: Manage social media ad campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and performance tracking.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in social media management, preferably in a similar role.
Strong understanding of various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
Proficient in social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
Creative thinker with a strong eye for design and branding.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
