We are seeking talented Senior Social Media / Digital Marketing Expert to join our team. These roles offer flexible working arrangements, starting with an initial two-week on-site assessment in Lahore, after which successful candidates will have the option to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and optimize digital and social media marketing strategies for our clothing (global markets), IT, and 3D printer (New Zealand) businesses.
  • Social Media Content Calendar management; full ownership, planning + execution
  • Create and manage high-impact campaigns across Website, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google, and Snapchat, among others.
  • Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and audience targeting to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Design and implement lead-generation strategies, optimizing the conversion funnel in collaboration with our sales teams.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns based on KPIs and ROI, ensuring data-driven adjustments for continuous improvement.
  • Image editing (Adobe Suite skills essential)
  • Working within Shopify (experience using Shopify preferred)
  • New product launch strategies 
  • Monthly, quarterly and annual marketing budgeting and forecasting
  • Perform A/B testing on ad creatives and targeting strategies to enhance conversion rates.
  • Manage a content calendar aligned with marketing goals; collaborate with content creators for high-quality production.
  • Engage with online communities, manage follower interactions, and moderate discussions.
  • Build relationships with influencers and partners for brand promotion, developing influencer strategies and measuring their success.
  • Incorporate SEO and SEM strategies to boost organic and paid reach across platforms.
  • Provide regular performance reports, including actionable insights and competitive analysis.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Manage and optimize advertising budgets to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Resolve issues related to Meta and Google ad accounts, ensuring smooth campaign operations.
  • Review User interface of the websites and suggest improvements.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in digital and social media marketing, preferably in the Fashion Industry.
  • Proven experience in managing campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Google, Pinterest TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Snapchat.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret advertising metrics to drive performance.
  • Experience in audience targeting, segmentation, and managing ad budgets effectively.
  • Problem-solving skills for managing campaigns under tight deadlines and resolving account issues.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Have a laptop and Internet connection arrangements.
