The Electrical Engineer is responsible for networking the building and creating a unique and well-organized structure.
Job Description:
- Performing a wide range of engineering tasks by operating computer-assist design.
- Ensuring the installation and operations conform to standards and preparing technical drawings or topographical maps.
- Designing, maintaining, implementing, and installing standards by performing a wide range of detailed calculations.
- Supervising training project team members.
- Organizing, coordinating, and managing the day-to-day team and operations in the field.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Attend meetings and maintain the minutes of meetings for further process.
- Writing and compiling the data regarding existing and potential engineering projects and studies.
- Working with a variety of technicians.
New Product Design & Development:
- Design solutions to meet operational, safety, regulatory, manufacturability, and cost requirements. Produce and maintain block diagrams, schematics, and wiring diagrams for product.
- Design and manage bill of materials
- Design wire harness & fitting to ensure hardware compatibility with system layout.
- Selection, development, design and integration of suitable components (power electronics, motors, transmissions, wheels, brakes, etc.) that meet system requirements
- Create and update documentation including design detail product manuals and other technical documents
Assembly
- Preparing wiring harness and fitting of electrical/electronic components
- Integration of electrical/electronic components
- Liaison with team members for improved coordination and workflow in production
- Effectively communicate development status to management
- Maintain quality checks
Service
Installation, service, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial equipment and systems at site or in-house .
