We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR manager to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives.

The ideal candidate shall be a strategic thinker and a hands-on professional who can drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in crafting and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Support all HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and compliance.
  • Contribute to the design and execution of organizational development and change management programs.
  • Foster a positive organizational culture and drive efforts to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations.
  • Leverage HR data and analytics to inform decision-making processes.
  • Write HR content and policies, draft HR materials, and update them in accordance with the latest best practices.

 Requirements:

  • MBA/ MS in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3- 5 years of experience in an HR Leadership role.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to analyze HR data and make informed decisions.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, CPHR) is an added advantage.
