As a Customer Relationship Officer, you will:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Address customer concerns and complaints, escalating issues when necessary to ensure satisfaction.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to offer tailored solutions to customers.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products based on customer needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to contribute to service improvements.
  • Prepare regular reports on customer interactions and outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role.
  •  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
