We are seeking a friendly, professional, and motivated Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a welcoming and seamless experience while handling administrative tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients with a positive attitude and professionalism.
- Provide accurate information to clients about our services.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly and effectively.
- Maintain a professional front desk environment and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Perform clerical tasks, including scheduling appointments and answering phone calls.
- Ensure proper record-keeping with excellent typing speed.
- Assist in promoting and recommending our services, leveraging prior sales experience if applicable.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good typing speed for accurate data entry.
- Sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
