Account Manager - Construction

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join the construction division based in Lahore. This is a full-time, on-site role that requires an individual with a strong background in construction project management and a proven track record of handling complex client accounts. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing project budgets and timelines, and ensuring that client expectations are met at every stage of the project lifecycle. The role will involve collaborating with both internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution and contribute to business growth within the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the construction industry.
Oversee the financial management of client accounts, including budgets, cost tracking, and invoicing.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Monitor the progress of construction projects, ensuring alignment with client specifications and quality standards.
Identify opportunities for new business within existing accounts and generate leads for potential projects.
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the project lifecycle.
Contribute to the overall growth and success of the construction division by supporting business development and client retention efforts.

Qualifications:

Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
Extensive experience in construction project management and account management.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proven knowledge of construction industry standards, project budgeting, and cost control.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Previous experience in handling large-scale construction projects and working with diverse clients is highly preferred.
