We are seeking a skilled General Manager Administrator to oversee the administrative operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, exceptional organizational skills, and a keen attention to detail. The General Manager Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the general manager and ensuring the efficient functioning of the company's administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the general manager, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • Act as a liaison between departments, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment on key initiatives and objectives.
  • Manage and prioritize incoming correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications, such as memos, reports, and presentations.
  • Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and documents.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the general manager.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, with at least 4 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in fast-paced and high-pressure situations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle ambiguity with ease.
  • A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
