Rozee seeks a dedicated and proactive HR Executive to join our team, with a preference for candidates with experience in the BPO industry. Responsibilities

  • Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and alignment with corporate standards.
  • Manage employee records, ensuring all personnel files are accurate, up to date, and stored in a confidential manner.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR-related inquiries, ensuring a clear understanding of company policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and increase workplace efficiency.
  • Contribute to the performance management process by assisting managers in setting performance objectives and providing feedback.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives by organizing events, surveys, and feedback sessions to foster a positive workplace environment.
  • Handle employee relations issues, addressing concerns promptly and effectively to maintain workplace harmony.
  • Monitor attendance and conduct analyses to ensure compliance with company policies and legislation.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve organizational practices and reduce turnover rates.
