Lead Auditor Corporate Responsibility

Rozee is seeking a highly skilled Lead Auditor Corporate Responsibility to oversee and enhance our compliance initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will lead a team of 20 auditors, ensuring adherence to corporate responsibility standards within our production facilities. Your expertise will be essential in evaluating compliance with local labor laws, environmental regulations, and supply chain complexity. You will implement best practices to facilitate continuous improvement in social and environmental management, ensuring our company upholds its commitment to corporate responsibility. Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of 20 auditors dedicated to corporate responsibility and environmental compliance.
Conduct thorough audits to ensure compliance with social standards, including workers' wages, benefits, and health and safety regulations.
Evaluate environmental compliance within production facilities, including operations related to Effluent Treatment Plants and chemical management.
Assess production traceability to ensure alignment with corporate responsibility standards and regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement strong compliance management frameworks that effectively address local labor laws and supply chain challenges.
Collaborate with production facility management to establish accountability and ensure timely corrective actions for identified non-compliance issues.
Create and deliver comprehensive training programs that enhance the awareness and skills of production facility management regarding corporate responsibility compliance.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization by implementing best practices and proactive measures in environmental and social compliance.
Work closely with various departments to maintain consistency in compliance processes and ensure that corporate responsibility initiatives align with overall business objectives.
Report on audit findings and compliance status to senior management, recommending actionable strategies for improvement.
