We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales and Service Engineer to join our team. This position combines technical expertise with sales skills, focusing on the maintenance, troubleshooting, and promotion of sublimation and textile printers. The ideal candidate will have experience with digital printers from brands such as Mutoh, Mimaki, Roland, or Epson.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform on-site and remote troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance for digital printers (Mutoh, Mimaki, Roland, Epson).
  •  Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electronic, and software issues to ensure consistent printer performance.
  • Install, configure, and test new printers to meet operational standards and customer requirements.
  • Understand customers’ printing needs and provide tailored recommendations for sublimation and textile printing solutions.
  • Demonstrate the features and benefits of printers and related equipment to potential and existing clients.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service and support
  • rovide customer training on the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of printers.
  •   Create educational materials, such as user manuals and best practice guides.
  •   Maintain detailed records of service activities, including diagnostics, repairs, and customer interactions.
  •   Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional activities for printing solutions.
  •   Assist in creating marketing materials and product presentations that highlight the benefits of our printer offerings.

Qualifications:

  • 3 Years of Proven experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining digital printers, specifically Mutoh, Mimaki, Roland, and Epson.
  • Strong technical knowledge of printer mechanics, electronics, and software.
  •  Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  •  Prior experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
  • Certifications or training in printer maintenance and troubleshooting are advantageous.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
