You will focus on identifying, researching, and qualifying prospects interested in obtaining work permits for various countries. You will play a vital role in our client acquisition process, initiating contact, building early relationships, and collaborating with our sales team to help potential clients achieve their career goals abroad.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Identification and Qualification: Research and target industries, businesses, and individuals likely interested in work permits. Reach out through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other lead generation tools to establish connections.
  • Building Relationships: Initiate and nurture client relationships, gathering insights into their needs and assessing suitability for work permits. Engage leads by presenting the value of our services.
  • Data Management: Keep accurate records of all leads, their status, and any follow-up actions within the CRM to ensure efficient client management.
  • Collaboration with Sales Teams: Share qualified leads with the sales team, offering insights from initial conversations to aid conversion. Work with marketing to ensure alignment with lead generation campaigns.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor lead generation metrics (e.g., conversion rates, number of leads), and refine outreach strategies to improve success.

Qualifications:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Clear and effective verbal and written communication to engage leads and build trust.
  • Research and Analytical Skills: Proficiency in researching potential clients and understanding international work permit needs.
  • CRM Experience: Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot for data tracking.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and adjust strategies based on feedback to meet lead generation goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales, lead generation, or recruitment, ideally in immigration or work permit services.
  • Knowledge of international work permit processes or the immigration industry is a plus.
