Data Entry Operator

We are looking for a Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate must have 1-2 years of experience in data entry, a bachelor’s degree, and proficiency in spreadsheets. The candidate should have a good typing speed, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as a team player.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter and update data accurately into spreadsheets and company databases.
Verify data accuracy and ensure data integrity.
Organize, sort, and maintain records for easy access.
Perform routine data quality checks and correct errors.
Assist in generating reports and summaries as needed.
Work closely with the team to ensure smooth workflow.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company data security policies.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience as a Data Entry Operator.

Skills:

Proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).
Good typing speed with high accuracy.
Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors.
Team player with good communication skills.
Basic knowledge of data management and office software.

Job Details:

Work Type: On-Site
Office Timings: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Weekly Off: Friday
