Container Surveyor

Highly skilled and experienced professional with expertise in inspecting and evaluating the condition of shipping containers, cargo, and related equipment. Proficient in identifying damage, defects, and discrepancies, with excellent report-writing and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough inspections of shipping containers, cargo, and equipment
Identify and document damage, defects, and discrepancies
Evaluate container condition and determine fitness for cargo transport
Prepare detailed reports and certificates for clients and stakeholders
Collaborate with clients, shipping lines, and other parties to resolve issues
Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, standards, and best practices

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in container surveying or a related field
Excellent observation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and report-writing skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
