We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Area Sales Executive to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales revenue, building customer relationships, and promoting our products within a designated geographic area.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Revenue Growth: Achieve sales revenue targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and maintaining existing customer relationships.
2. Customer Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, including understanding their needs, providing product solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
3. Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, including features, benefits, and applications.
4. Sales Planning: Develop and execute sales plans, including setting sales targets, identifying sales opportunities, and allocating resources.
5. Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports, including sales performance, customer feedback, and market intelligence.
6. Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor activity, including market trends, pricing, and product offerings.
7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and customer service teams, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Requirements
1. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
3. Skills: Strong sales, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of sales principles, practices, and techniques, including experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
