We are looking for an experienced & well-groomed Female “Front Desk Executive”, for our Lahore office situated in DHA Phase 5. Candidate should have excellent Communication and Customer Service skills. She should have an energetic & positive personality with fluency in English language.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and provide them efficient customer service
  • Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary stationery.
  • Appropriately answer all incoming calls and route them to the related departments and take down messages
  • Assist Manager HR in the maintenance of Attendance & Leave records
  • Handles petty cash and order office equipment and supplies when required & maintain its ledger.
  • Maintain employee records and files.
  • Good understanding of office administration and basic bookkeeping practices. 
  • Requirements: 
  • Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s from a well-reputed University 

Skills:

Presentable and Confident Personality, Strong Communication Skills (written & Verbal), Fluent in English Speaking, Excellent Customer Service Skills, Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities & Strong knowledge of MS Office programs.

Experience: Min 2 years or more as a receptionist or as a customer services representative
