We are looking for an Experienced “Manager Accounts”, having advanced knowledge of accounting practices and procedures including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and hands-on experience of accounting software & databases. Candidate should have at least 3 to 4 years of work experience. Work experience with an immigration company would be a plus point. Salary: Market Competitive
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain financial reports of the company
- Process, verify, document, and reconcile all receipts & payments
- Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department
- Collection of payments from the company's clients & deposit it a timely to the concerned authorities
- Process employee payroll & distribution of salaries
- Monitor cashflow & manage the company’s petty cash on a weekly basis including maintaining & presenting record
- Keeping up all the accounts data up to date, organized & symmetrical
- Monitoring, analyzing & presenting accounting data & financial reports or statements to the top management when required
- Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles
- Audit financial transactions and documents
- Prepare client quotations/invoices with respect to foreign currency conversion rates in US/Canadian dollars, Euros, AED, etc.
Requirements:
- Education: Master's degree in Accounting & Finance, ACCA, Chartered Accountant
- Experience: Min 3 to 4 years of work experience
