Sabroso, a Sabirs\' Group subsidiary is seeking for an enthusiastic, energetic & dynamic professional for the position of Sales Coordinator, who is capable of performing following functions;

Preparation of daily sales reports (MTD, Recovery, etc.).
Maintain the file system and database of sales records
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of all sales-related activities
Make necessary arrangements and coordinate with the Sales Promotion Team for food tasting activities, and maintain proper records.
Strong follow-up with the sales team on a daily basis for freezer scanning, Create Freezer Transfer Notes (FTNs), and prepare daily reports for freezer transfers.
Prepare all new account TPR/FS opening documentation as per company policy
Manage all POS materials in the region and distribute them across all cities with the approval of the Regional Sales Head (RSH)
Coordinate with the sales team on any ongoing marketing activities to ensure proper implementation (displays, branding, etc.)
Coordinate with all sales teams to ensure they meet their daily ordering targets assigned by the RSH, and report any discrepancies
DMS invoice checking and coordination with Sales Officer & Distribution Management
Any other task assigned by the line manager
