We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accountant/Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and administrative tasks, with a comprehensive understanding of the latest tax implications and regulations in Pakistan. This role is crucial for maintaining our financial health and ensuring smooth administrative operations.

Responsibilities:

Accounting Duties:

  • Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies and resolve accounting issues.
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting processes.

Administrative Duties:

  • Oversee office operations and administrative processes.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Assist in organizing company events and meetings.

Tax Compliance:

  • Stay updated on the latest tax laws and implications in Pakistan.
  • Prepare and file tax returns accurately and on time.
  • Advise management on tax planning and compliance issues.
  • Liaise with tax authorities and external auditors as necessary.
  • Implement tax-saving strategies and ensure tax optimization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with the latest tax implications and regulations in Pakistan.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (particularly Excel).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
