We are seeking a seasoned professional for the role of Senior Tax & Corporate Manager. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in taxation, accounting, and corporate fields, combined with excellent communication skills.
EXPERIENCE: 5-6 years of experience in TAX FIRMS ONLY
- Educational Background: CA/ICMA finalist or MBA, Bachelor's degree
Package: 75K-125K
Gender: Male
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Taxation (Sales Tax/Income Tax):
- Filing of sales tax returns (FBR/IRIS, SRB, PRA, KPRA, BRA).
- Submission of quarterly and annual withholding statements (149/165/IRIS).
- Interpretation of laws and regulations, applying them appropriately to the business.
- Ensuring audit compliance, responding to notices, and drafting necessary communication with tax authorities.
- Annual tax preparation and filing of returns (114/116/IND, AOP & CO.).
Accounting:
- Basic understanding and knowledge of GAPs and IFRs.
- Recording and bookkeeping using software such as QuickBooks.
- Reconciliation and analysis of financial reports.
- Budget forecasting and preparation.
- Drafting and finalizing financial statements.
- Monthly EOBI filings.
Corporate/SECP:
- Incorporating companies, LLPs, and NPOs, managing registrations for users and authorized signatories.
- Filing of AGMs and various forms based on business needs.
- Communicating with registrars and attending hearings with Registrars.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Recruiting and onboarding new trainees and staff across departments.
- Training junior staff, team-building, and providing counseling.
