We require an IT assistant to join the office to provide technological assistance to our employees to ensure smooth operations and office processes.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIEs
- Computer Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance tasks such as updating software, running virus scans, and ensuring backups are completed
- Network Administration: Assist in maintaining and monitoring our network infrastructure such as routers and switches
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing solutions
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of technical issues, solutions, and system updates
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company IT policies
- Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to employees such as hardware and software issues
