Administration Officers manage the daily tasks of a company or organization by providing administrative and clerical support.

Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in documentation and record keeping for regulatory authorities 
  • Provide administrative support for day to day operations 
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies 
  • Monitoring and maintaining office supplies 
  • Assisting with various administrative tasks including filing, data entry and document preparation 
  • Work closely with team members to streamline office processes 

Requirements:

  • Minimum educational requirement Bachelors Degree
  • Minimum experience of three years in administrative field 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel etc.)
