Reports to: Manager Admin & Security

Location: Muridkey

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Incharge to oversee the security operations of our facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of employees, visitors, and company assets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Security Operations: Oversee the day-to-day security operations, including access control, surveillance, and patrol duties.

2. Risk Assessment: Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential security threats and implement measures to mitigate them.

3. Security Protocols: Develop, implement, and enforce security protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

4. Emergency Response: Develop and implement emergency response plans, including evacuation procedures, fire safety, and first aid.

5. Security Training: Provide security training to employees and contractors on security protocols, procedures, and best practices.

6. Incident Management: Investigate and manage security incidents, including reporting and documenting incidents.

7. Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to security.

8. Budgeting: Manage security budgets, including procurement of security equipment and services.

9. Team Management: Supervise and manage security personnel, including security guards, to ensure effective security operations.

10. Communication: Foster effective communication with employees, contractors, and external partners on security matters.

Requirements:

1. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Law Enforcement, or a related field.

2. Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in security management, preferably in a similar industry or sector.

3. Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with experience in security operations, risk management, and emergency response.

4. Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of security best practices, laws, and regulations, with experience in managing security teams and developing security protocols.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Certifications: Certifications in security management or Armed Forces

2. Advanced degree: An advanced degree in Security Management, Law Enforcement, or a related field is advantageous.

3. Industry experience: Experience in a similar industry or sector, such as manufacturing, healthcare, or finance, is preferred.
