About the IOS Developer Position:
We are looking for an IOS Developer responsible for the development and maintenance of applications aimed at various IOS devices. Your primary focus will be the development of IOS applications and their integration with back-end services. You will be working along-side other engineers and developers working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and creating quality products is essential. You should be able to write clean code and ensure your applications run properly. We also expect you to be passionate about pushing mobile technologies to the limits and perform well working in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Designing and building advanced applications for the iOS platform.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Unit-testing code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
- Working on bug fixing and improving application performance.
- Continuously discovering, evaluating, and implementing new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Understanding and implementing client requirements into functional mobile applications.
- Troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing application performance.
- Keeping up with Apple's design and coding standards.
- Publishing applications to the App Store.
- Providing technical support and guidance to other team members.
- Collaborating with UI/UX designers for seamless user experiences.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven working experience in software development.
- Deep understanding of Google map features and other map platforms e.g. Map Box
- Deep understanding and implementation of Design Patterns
- Deep understanding and implementation of Memory Management
- 3 -4 years working experience in iOS development.
- Have published one or more iOS apps in the App Store.
- A deep familiarity with Swift, Objective-C, and Cocoa Touch.
- Experience working with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, Core Graphics, and Core Text.
- Knowledge of working with AR would be a plus
- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
- Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
