A Customer Sales Executive is responsible for selling products or services to customers and generating profits for the company. Their duties include:

Building relationships: Developing relationships with customers to understand their needs
Providing customer service: Acting as the primary point of contact between the customer and the company
Negotiating: Negotiating sales deals with customers, balancing the needs of the customer with the interests of the company
Researching: Researching the market and competition to understand what makes their offering the best choice for the customer
Advising: Advising customers on products and services, and providing information about new products
Demonstrating: Demonstrating products or services to clients
Recording: Recording sales figures and producing reports
Attending events: Attending trade shows, exhibitions, and industry conferences
Liaising: Liaising with suppliers, manufacturers, and other third parties
Tracking: Tracking the progress of orders with shipping companies
Creating proposals: Creating proposal documents as part of the formal bidding procedure.

Key Skills and Qualifications for CSE:

Strong communication skills, the ability to influence and negotiate with others, Organizational and time management skills, and Technical and computer skills.
Proven sales experience & track record of building long-term customer relationships.
Good command in MS Office.
