Inventory Audit Officer

The inventory auditor monitors and confirms inventory records to ensure the accuracy of the listed information. They review and analyze inventory paperwork, comparing it with actual stock or other records to discover any discrepancies. They may physically count items in stock, using a handheld scanner or other device.

MPOS D365 Sales Operations:

Manual Sales, Sales Return, Voided sales verification and Approval.
Daily Offline Sales checking
Operations Compliance: Identification and Verification of operation tasks like repair and maintenance.
Admin Compliance: Visits in the market to verify Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, and Quotation Evaluation.
Fixed Asset Compliance: Assets Register Verification, Assets Movement Verification (Gate pass, Tags, Location: physically and systematic).
Attendance Compliance: CCTV (Branches) Attendance, Retail Operation Activities

Remote Purchases:

Verify Demand VS procured items against P.O
Assessing how well the Branches & Warehouses are complying with rules and regulations and informing management whether any issues need addressing
Plan a surprise visit every month to analyze stock/data/Tenders
Travelling to different locations to meet relevant staff and obtain documents and information
Carryout the audit formalities of all branches as well as the warehouse including accessing risk and taking necessary risk management steps to forestall fraud
Prepare and present reports that clearly reflect the audit results
Performing risk assessments on key business activities and using this information to guide what to cover in audits
Conduct a business process review to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of operations
Liaising with department heads/supervisors and presenting findings and recommendations
Any other task assigned by the management
