To make the arrangements of interviews (including call upon, texting, time scheduling & communication with the interviewers/panel).To make arrangements of employee orientation.Routine coordination of HR activities.To get the references/verifications of the credentials/claims provided by the candidates.Maintaining and regularly updating the master database ( Personal file, Personal database etc) of each employee.Maintaining Employee record in soft and hard form.Timely processing of monthly payroll.To maintain the secrecy of the firms all information.To abide by the general course od discipline as per the existing policies.
