We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Electronics Diploma Holder (DAE - Electronics) with 2 years of experience to join our team for CNC Machines Sales and Aftersales Services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling sales inquiries, demonstrating CNC machine capabilities, and providing technical support and maintenance services to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers and promote CNC machines based on their requirements.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to explain machine features and benefits.
- Provide technical consultation to customers and recommend suitable CNC solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and finalize sales deals.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Aftersales & Service Responsibilities:
- Conduct installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of CNC machines at customer sites.
- Perform preventive maintenance and repair services to ensure optimal machine performance.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to electrical and electronic systems.
- Provide training to customers on machine operations, safety, and maintenance procedures.
- Keep records of service activities and report any recurring issues for improvement.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: 3-Year DAE in Electronics from a recognized institute.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in CNC machine sales, servicing, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of CNC machine operations, electronics, and control systems.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and schematics.
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical faults.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving and customer-oriented approach.
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to travel for client visits and onsite support.
