'SGC' a leading company in Outdoor and In-store Media Solutions is looking for an 'Technical Sales & Support Engineer' to be placed at its Head Office in Lahore. The incumbent shall be young, energetic, and possess excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies that align with the company's goals and market trends in the automation industry.
  • Prepare proposal design for automation system.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify opportunities for expansion, new product development, and potential areas for partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our products and services.
  • Making BOQ and estimation of the automation system.
  • Stay updated with industry advancements and emerging technologies, proposing innovative solutions that give the automation industry a competitive edge.
  • Preparing electrical and automation drawings.
  • Meeting sales targets by identifying potential clients, preparing, and delivering pitches, and negotiating contracts to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships, alliances, and distribution channels to expand the company's reach and market presence.
  • Site surveys, supervision, installation, commissioning, and vendor selection for projects.
  • Provide technical input for marketing materials, sales pitches, and product positioning.
  • Prepare regular reports on technical and business development activities, presenting insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Payment recovery from clients.
  • collaborate with the operations team for the smooth production of items.

Required Skillset:

  • Strong understanding of the automation system/industry of Pakistan.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and translate them into actionable business plans.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving technical innovation and business growth.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • Educational background in BS Electronics Engineering, B-Tech, or DAE (Electronics).
  • Proven experience of a minimum of 01 – 02 years in the automation industry.
