We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Relationship Officer to join our retail team.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, improving customer engagement, and supporting our sales team to increase in-store sales.
  • This role demands superior product knowledge, a keen eye for maintaining store appearance, and the ability to introduce promotions and cross-sell products effectively.
  • The successful candidate will participate in training programs and work diligently to meet sales and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:

  • Greet customers warmly and respond to their inquiries promptly.
  • Enhance customer engagement through outstanding service and personalized attention.
  • Direct customers to appropriate sales staff for further assistance.

Sales Enhancement:

  • Utilize superior product knowledge to assist and advise customers.
  • Increase in-store sales through effective cross-selling and introduction of promotions.
  • Set and work towards achieving sales and revenue targets.

Customer Retention:

  • Study competition to identify new strategies for retaining customers.
  • Maintain complete and accurate records of customer correspondence and interactions.

Store Management:

  • Ensure the sales floor maintains an orderly and attractive appearance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address and fulfill customers’ needs.

Professional Development:

  • Participate in in-house training programs and workshops to stay updated on best practices and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer service or retail sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to engage with customers and provide exceptional service.
  • Superior product knowledge and a passion for sales.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to maintain an orderly sales floor.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.

  • Proficient in handling customer inquiries and complaints.
