Responsibilities:
- Dealing with Banks regarding Finance Matters of Companies.
- Dealing in Import matters of the company (LC Opening & Disbursement).
- Preparation of Monthly & Annually Final Accounts.
- Arrangement & supervision of annual audit timely.
- Managing Vendors payments.
- Handling company import Matters.
- Planning, Studying, and collecting data to determine costs of business activity such as raw material purchases, inventory and labor.
- Arrangement of all Tax deductions/payment record in accordance with the appropriate Income Tax Laws.
- To ensure the timely submission of Tax Statements.
- Checking of Employees Payroll, Advances, final Settlement & other Benefits.
- Handling Company’s Insurance Matters.
- Daily Fund Flow Statements.
- Monthly Cash Budgeting.
