Sales Representative

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative in Karachi, Pakistan (Clifton). The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, fulfilling sales targets and ensuring that orders are complete as per client requirements. Furthermore, the Sales Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

To organize and set up the display of products (visual merchandising) at the boutique.
To manage the inventory of products received at and sent from the boutique.
To proactively assist and guide clients with their inquiries.
To full-fill the given sales targets set by the company.
To update orders on a software system (with the relevant details written clearly for both the client and the production department to understand and process accordingly).
To follow up on client orders with the production department to ensure that orders are completed as per client requirements.
To understand company policies, procedures and products and communicate them to clients accordingly.
To understand client requirements/feedback and communicate them to management accordingly.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (working with a fashion brand)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organization skills
Ability to work well in a team-oriented and collaborative environment
Positive and supportive attitude
Ability to multitask and complete tasks efficiently/in time
Ability to meet sales targets
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Proficiency in software use (ERP)
Good English skills (written and spoken)
