HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee the human resource functions of our thriving restaurant and bakery business. This role involves managing recruitment, employee engagement, training, and compliance to foster a productive and positive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in the food or hospitality industry.
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certifications are a plus).
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
In-depth knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employee engagement strategies.
