• Graduate / Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
  • Proven experience as a Receptionist.
  • Proficient in English (oral and written)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office Suite(especially Excel and Word)
  • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Good in covering conferences/meetings and drafting minutes of the meeting.
  • Possess good communication skills and composure under stress and strain.
  • Must have a presentable personality and pleasant demeanor.
  • Remain attired befitting Executive ambience.
  • Know cosmetics of upkeeping the Executive floor.
  • Act as a good aide of the Executives.
