- Redesign the Shifa Foundation website keeping in view global and development sector trends.
- Develop Social Media communication plans in consultation with Executive Director to execute strategic initiatives throughout the organization to ensure the alignment of internal and external communication policy.
- Develop and manage content for Website, Facebook page, LinkedIn and Twitter on day-to-day activities of Programs and COPCS to provide a consistent, targeted, and impactful message and maintaining a consistent social media strategy for optimal visibility of Shifa Foundation.
- Assist in writing proposals /concept notes on fundraising for COPCS team.
- Collection of data for developing success stories/case studies to meet the target.
- Updating Shifa Foundation presentation on regular basis as per department need.
- Generating quality reports as and when needed for sharing onwards with donors.
- Development of monthly department report.
- Developing Shifa Foundation monthly newsletter.
- Designing and delivering trainings to staff/volunteers/interns on need basis.
- Assist in developing Policies/MOUs/Technical documents for different functions/organization when required
- Responsible for managing Digital Media and Print Media internal and external communications including SF visibility, social media campaigns and media outreach strategies.
- Manage the development of marketing materials including, but not limited to, brochures, presentations, flyers, banners, factsheets, success stories and project updates.
- Coordinate with COPCS and Programs teams to showcase achievements on social media as per Shifa Foundation protocols.
- Any other official tasks assigned by the Line Manager
