District coordinators will also perform various administrative tasks that include filing project documents, creating and maintaining project schedules, creating responsibility lists, and compiling summaries for those who are involved in the project.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
District Activities Organization
The District Coordinator will be directly responsible for organizing the field activities including and not limited to project launch seminars, project steering committee formation, and its meetings. Training of Trainers (ToT) for health staff, teachers, and food department/authority personnel, followed by trickle-down training and sensitization/orientation sessions within communities. S/he will coordinate with the project and NI teams for organizing respective events/activities as per the planned work plan.
Networking and Engagement
The District Coordinator will collaborate with officials from the Food, Health, and Education departments to ensure a clear understanding of project activities. S/he will work closely with schoolteachers, food department officials, Chakki owners, health staff (including Lady Health Workers, School Health and Nutrition Supervisors, and Basic Health Unit In-Charges) to develop event plans, manage data recording, coordinate the distribution of Iron and Folic Acid (IFA) supplements, lead IFA education initiatives, and oversee the fortification of wheat flour through local Chakkis.

Reporting
The District Coordinator will report to the National Project Coordinator. S/he will be directly responsible for compiling the field activity reports in accordance with the agreed reporting plan and formats. S/he will closely work with the other team members to compile and refining these reports. S/he will be responsible for ensuring the timely, quality, and credible information available in the reports. S/he will be responsible for maintaining the project documentation in both hard and soft versions.
Social Media Handling
The District Coordinator will contribute to the use of social media for the purpose of advocacy including and not limited to the use of Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, and other social media platforms for the purpose of reaching the key stakeholders. S/he will help capture the photos and document the case studies to be used for social media advocacy and other reporting purposes.
