- Responsible for maintenance and up gradation of Websites.
- Responsible for designing and deployment of network, and its maintenance.
- Responsible for maintaining servers, workstations and their safety and backup.
- Ensuring proper logging of IT equipment items inventory.
- To ensure adherence of MIS Policy.
- Responsible for providing all facilitation to ERP focal person as and when needed.
- To ensure routine backups are performed as outlined in the Backup & Restore manual.
- To ensure timely support to the functions in time of troubleshooting and/or other MIS related issues by a prioritization list and logging all requests.
- Responsible for the installation, operation, and maintenance of computer systems and required applications.
- Receive, log and track all requests from users related to network, printing and PC issues.
- To manage biometric devices.
- Responsible for maintenance and up gradation of surveillance systems.
- Management and installation of DVRs and CCTV cameras.
- Provide on-site and remote (i.e. via phone, email or remote access) technical support to users by diagnosing and correcting problems.
- Responsible for providing on-site technical hardware and software support.
- Network Cabling, Installation and Troubleshooting.
- Any other official task assigned by the Line Manager.
