Supervise daily operations of the Food & Nutrition Services Department (FNSD).
Ensure timely meal preparation and delivery as per dietary guidelines.
Monitor food safety, hygiene, and quality standards in compliance with hospital policies.
Oversee staff scheduling, attendance, and performance management.
Conduct training sessions for kitchen and service staff on hygiene and food handling.
Coordinate with dietitians to ensure patient dietary needs are met.
Maintain inventory, order supplies, and control food wastage.
Handle patient feedback, complaints, and service improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations (JCI, HACCP, and hospital standards).
Collaborate with other hospital departments for smooth food service operations.
