Key Responsibilities:

Financial Oversight:
- Oversee all financial operations of the organization, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
- Develop and implement sound financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Manage the preparation of financial statements, reports, and forecasts in accordance with relevant accounting standards.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Manage the organization's cash flow and banking relationships.
Budgeting and Planning:
- Lead the annual budgeting process, working with various departments to develop realistic and strategic budgets.
- Monitor budget performance, analyze variances, and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
- Contribute to long-term financial planning and forecasting.
Compliance and Audit:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting requirements.
- Coordinate and facilitate internal and external audits, and implement audit recommendations.
- Maintain accurate and complete financial records.
Team Management:
- Supervise and mentor the finance and accounts team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Delegate tasks effectively and ensure timely completion of responsibilities.
Financial Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insightful reports to senior management.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Stakeholder Management:
- Liaise with banks, auditors, tax authorities, and other external stakeholders.
- Communicate financial information effectively to internal and external parties.
