Qualification and Experience:

Fellow / Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants/ Institute of Cost & Management Accountants.
A minimum of 15 years of progressively responsible experience of accounts/ financial management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
MBA (Finance)/ M. Com in First Division (with CGPA 3.0 or above) from an Institute of Higher Learning recognized by HEC.
Eighteen years’ relevant experience at Officers level in accounts/ finance in the Institutes of Higher Learnings or other professional National or International Organization, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Experience in higher education or nonprofit financial management is highly desirable.

Skills and Competencies:

Proven track record of managing large budgets, financial reporting, and investment portfolios.
Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations, including familiarity with fund accounting and compliance requirements.
Exceptional analytical and strategic planning skills.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including: faculty, staff, students, and external partners.
