We are looking for a highly motivated Appointment Setter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for outreach, lead qualification, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. You will play a crucial role in driving business growth by engaging prospects, educating them about our products/services, and securing appointments for further discussions.
This is a performance-based role with a salary ranging from 30,000 to 70,000 PKR, including commissions and bonuses based on performance.
Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospect Outreach
Conduct 200 to 250 outbound cold calls daily to potential clients.
Research and identify new leads through various channels, including LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and other social media platforms.
Initiate contact with potential customers via phone, email, and LinkedIn messaging.
Lead Qualification & Appointment Scheduling
Engage prospects to understand their needs and determine interest in our services/products.
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria before handing them over to the sales team.
Schedule qualified appointments and ensure potential clients are well-informed about the purpose of the meeting.
Follow up with prospects to confirm and ensure attendance at the meeting.
CRM Management & Data Handling
Maintain accurate records of all interactions, outreach activities, and scheduled appointments in the CRM system.
Copy and update data from ZoomInfo to Excel on a daily basis.
Provide daily and weekly reports on outreach performance, leads generated, and appointments booked.
Performance & Compliance
Meet and exceed daily/weekly appointment-setting targets.
Follow sales scripts and customize communication strategies to improve conversion rates.
Maintain professionalism and high-quality communication in all interactions.
Submit a detailed report on one book every month as part of a professional
.Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
Fluency in English (excellent verbal & written communication).
Prior experience in appointment setting or cold calling is preferred.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a confident phone presence.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
Basic knowledge of CRM systems, LinkedIn networking, and ZoomInfo is a plus.
