We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager who can also serve as an individual contributor as well as lead a team, specializing in the US market.

This role involves leading a team of outbound calling professionals while also personally driving business development efforts.

The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading teams to success.

Responsibilities

Individual Contribution:

  • Independently generate leads and engage in outbound calling to identify new business opportunities in the US market.
  • Drive personal sales targets and contribute significantly to the overall sales pipeline.

Team Leadership:

  • Assist in interviewing and recruiting a team of outbound calling professionals.
  • Lead and inspire team of outbound calling professionals.
  • Provide guidance, support, and motivation to ensure the team meets and exceeds collective sales goals.
  • Ensure KPIs are met on a daily/weekly and monthly basis.
  • Provide input in improving KPIs/Targets to get better results and grow business.

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans for the US market.
  • Collaborate with the team to align individual and team goals with overall company objectives.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients and prospects.
  • Work closely with the team to understand client needs and tailor solutions effectively.

Sales Execution:

  • Implement effective outbound calling strategies to maximize lead conversion.
  • Continuously optimize the sales process to enhance efficiency and results.

Metrics and Reporting:

  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for both individual and team performance.
  • Provide regular reports on progress and identify areas for improvement.

Training and Development:

  • Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the outbound calling team.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development and sales, with a focus on the US market.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve individual sales targets.
  • Leadership experience, preferably in leading outbound calling teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook and ERP and project management system.
  • Excellent in written and verbal communication in English.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a drive for results.
  • Be able to work remotely with the discipline to work from Mon through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm USA Central Standard Time. The job is remote but it is strictly full time so candidates that can work 8 hours, 5 days a week should apply.
  • Should have your own computer/laptop with a stable internet connection since the entire job requires connectivity.
  • The job requires being on calls/meetings and sending emails throughout so should have the necessary workspace to do so.
