We’re seeking a Google Ads expert with a minimum of 4 years of experience in performance marketing. The ideal candidate should also have expertise in Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and other social media advertising platforms. Additionally, proficiency in ad tracking—including GTM, pixel, manual events, goals, and HubSpot tracking—is essential. In this role, you will execute and optimize paid advertising campaigns and manage social media across multiple platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Paid Advertising:

  • Develop, execute, and optimize Google Ads as well as other social media ad campaigns like Meta, tiktok etc.
  • Conduct regular analysis and reporting on campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.
  • Implement A/B testing strategies to improve ad performance and achieve campaign objectives.
  • Must have expertise regarding Conversion Tracking in Google Ads.
  • Must know the Fundamentals of Leads Generation Businesses
  • Must be able to create strategies around CPL and CPA.
  • Must be able to experiment on Creative side Angles, Audience Targeting and Landing Pages and Campaign Structuring in Google Ads.

Analytics and Tracking:

  • Set up and manage tracking through Google Tag Manager (GTM), Facebook Pixel, and other relevant tracking tools.
  • Configure and track manual events, goals, and conversions to ensure comprehensive performance measurement.
  • Must know CRM (e.g. HubSpot) based Tracking.
  • Must know the common tools of Digital Marketing like: SEMRush, Ahrefs, Facebook Ads library, GTM and analytics 4.

Social Media Management:

  • Manage and oversee social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.
  • Create and schedule engaging content that aligns with overall marketing goals.
  • Set up social media engagement automation like chatbots etc.

Cross-Platform Integration

  • Ensure seamless integration of advertising campaigns across various platforms.
  • Leverage HubSpot and/or other CRM tools to track and nurture leads generated from ad campaigns.
  • Work closely with web development and design teams to ensure cohesive ad landing pages and user experiences.
  • Make sure ad data is consistent across multiple platforms.

Budget and Reporting:

  • Track spending and ensure campaigns stay within budget while maximizing returns.
  • Provide regular detailed budget and performance reports to senior management.
  • Communicate campaign progress, results, and future recommendations effectively.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in performance marketing, media buying, and paid advertising.
  • Expert in ad tracking setup across multiple platforms and CRM integration.
  • Proven track record in executing successful ad campaigns.
  • Must be a problem solver with analytical mindset.
  • Must be able to set Realistic Goals & prepare a roadmap accordingly.

Location: Johar Town Lahore (onsite)
